From mid-rise condos to historic homes, Lakewood is a quiet neighborhood that has something for everyone in every price range. It is a quick commute to vibrant downtown that is experiencing a true rebirth as well as the bustling Mandarin area just to the south.

One of the newest additions to the Lakewood neighborhood, and it’s prime location where San Jose Blvd. and Hendricks Ave. merge back together, The Local is the perfect spot for commuters to stop in for a great cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. It is also an easy stroll for local neighbors in the Mirimar area to enjoy fresh lunch and dinner and cocktails.
